Theophilus Doctorson Khumalo

Theophilus Doctorson  Khumalo also known as “16 Valve” was born in Soweto, Johannesburg on 26 June 1967. His father Eliakim “Pro” Khumalo, was a renowned footballer in the 1970s and 1980s. When Khumalo began his soccer career, he was mentored by his father. His first team as a professional player was with Swallows Reserves in 1984. He then went on to join the Kaizer Chiefs’ junior team. The following year he was promoted to the senior team.
