Members of SASO and BPC held under Terrorism Act

Fourteen people, including leading members of the South African Students Organisation (SASO) and the Black People's Convention (BPC) are arrested and held under the Terrorism Act, following a pro- FRELIMO rally in Durban on 25 September 1974. Their arrest was a signal for the coming unrest at the University of the North, (now University of Limpopo) Turfloop.
