The Big Debate is a national forum that brings together all sectors of society, including government, civil society, the private sector, experts, youth, workers, and affected communities, to discuss the foremost issues affecting South Africa.
Season 10 began on the 10th of March 2019 with an episode on Land Without Compensation and will run till 28 April 2019. The Big Debate South Africa broadcasts LIVE every Sunday at 7pm on SABC 2, SABC News Dstv channel 404, YouTube and Facebook Live, and is replayed every Wednesday at 10pm on SABC 2. The Big Debate season 10 is hosted by Redi Tlhabi and is made possible by Luminate, Open Society Foundation and Ford Foundation.
