Oral interview, conducted in Nairoi, with P. K. Leballo (1924-1986) a leader in the Africanist movement and later in the Pan Africanist Congress, serving as its secretary general from its founding in April 1959, and later as its acting president in exile. A man of high energy and mercurial temperament, he was responsible for much of the PAC's success before Sharpeville, as well as for most of its failings in the following two decades.
